This is another Ripped in 6 workout, in which we are going to be focusing on our legs. I am going to share the setup with you guys even if you have seen these Ripped in 6 minutes videos before. We are going to do 4 different exercises for 37 seconds each without any rest between each set. You going to go through all 4 exercises, and then you are going to start the cycle over again. So, you are doing 8 exercises total with no rest in between. This is a short leg workout at home with dumbbells. After you the 2 cycles, we are going to end the workout with a 1 minute finisher. It is going to be an intense finisher to end this intense leg workout with dumbbells. The finisher in this dumbbell leg workout is going to be an alternating backwards lunge. Now, let’s get started with this 6 minute leg workout with dumbbells. • The first exercise in this intense workout for legs is goblet squats. We are going to do it for 37 seconds, and you want to make sure that you are utilizing good forms in all of these workouts. With goblet squats, you want to make sure to keep the dumbbell as close to your chest as possible while maintaining an upright position. From here, we are going to go to the next exercise in this fast leg workout at home. The next exercise is going to be RDL’s, or Romanian Deadlifts. Hinge at the hips and keep the weight close to your body, get a good stretch of your hamstrings and your glutes, and then squeeze your glutes at the top. The next exercise in this 6 minute leg workout dumbbells only is a dumbbell squat. I like to go slightly more narrow for this exercise in this dumbbell leg workout. The last exercise of the 4 in this intense leg workout with dumbbells is going to be calf raises. When you get to the end of this exercise, we are going to go back to the goblet squats and start the second cycle in this fast leg workout at home. • This is a short leg workout at home with dumbbells, and it is great because it is quick, you can do it from home, and it will get you great results. This 6 minute workout is designed to hit every single part of your legs. The key to getting great results in this intense workout for legs is making sure to utilize key form with each of these exercises. After you do the second set of exercises in this 6 minute leg workout with dumbbells, we are going to end the leg workout with the 1 minute all out finisher. Everyone is going to be at different fitness levels when doing this workout, so if you need to take a quick rest during some of these exercises that is okay. The important thing about this dumbbell leg workout is that you finish all the way through. Now that we have finished the last exercise in the second cycle, we are going to end the 6 minute leg workout dumbbells only with the all out finisher. You can use dumbbells or bodyweight for the finisher in this intense workout for legs.
