I care about you folks being able to fix your vehicles with the help of videos like this one. I spent a lot of time getting this Escape diagnosed and fixed, driving over 130 test miles, and reversing my work to be able to show YOU, from start to finish on film. The objective is to avoid paying for fuel pumps, cam fuel sensors, throttle bodies and all sorts of labor when it could just be an electrical short. Most of the time, dealers like to throw parts at the vehicle because they are paid by the job, not by the hour. I do apologize the camera work and focus was off at times, I'm sure you can deal with it. • If you own a 2013 or newer Escape with a stalling issue, I suggest you sit down and watch this from start to finish. There is a lot of information, from the official recall Ford recognized in the 2013 + 2014 Escape and Focus ST, and later on- in 2017 when Ford published Escape TSB SSM47575, for chafing on the main harness which directly relates to my video. Strange thing is, this 2015 model was not part of the TSB.
