SOLIDWORKS PDM Tutorial Validation Steps

There are times when PDM must be validated. This can be after a new install of PDM or an upgrade. It is also necessary to validate PDM is working properly after a new vault view has been created on the client. In this video I go over the steps necessary to be certain that the client is working properly. I demonstrate the steps and then I explain what each step is testing. The (5) steps of validation are: Log in to the vault, Verify the folders are green, verify the client can add a folder to the vault and check it in, get latest version of a file and then run a task.
