Guild redefined acoustic bass guitars in the mid-1970s with the introduction of the B-50, based on the ever-popular Guild jumbo shape. The B-140E carries on this tradition, providing an impressively loud tone that can be easily amplified with its Fishman Sonitone Bass pickup. Built with a solid Sitka spruce top, and solid African mahogany back and sides, the B-140E features an Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, NuBone nut and saddle, and mother-of-pearl rosette. This model also has a 1½” nut width on a vintage shaped Guild neck, iconic Chesterfield headstock emblem reminiscent of 1960s Guilds, period-correct tortoiseshell pickguard, and Guild’s new lightweight polyfoam case. Available in Natural gloss finish. • -- CREDITS -- • Instrument: Guild B-140E • Player: Guil Juliao (soundcloud.com/guiljuliao) • Location: Guild HQ, Santa Monica CA • Mics: MXL M870 on the bass body, MXL M840 on the neck of the bass, and another MXL M870 capturing room tone • Production: Jam in the Van • -- MORE GUILD -- • Website: http://www.guildguitars.com • Facebook:   / guildguitars   • Twitter and Instagram: @guildguitars
