Two fit but relatively inexperienced cyclists make a day of Mount Teide. Ain't no KOMs here, but there are plenty of coffee stops. • Route was Costa Adeje - Los Cristianos - La Camella - Arona - L'Escalona - Vilaflor - Teide - Parador ... and back again. • Ride was in early Feb 2018. • Beautiful Cervelo C3 hired from Bike Point Las Americas - they were great. • Strava upload:   / strava   • Spoiler alert: What not to do is go bare-legged on the descent from the Teide.
