The Video has been separated into several parts using the split too, the original audio has been added as a second track and the audio of of the 1st track has been switched off. If you don't know how to split your video or add your audio as a second track, please see the video links at the bottom of this description as i have created other video tutorials on how to do this. • It is really useful to add your original audio/sound as a second track as it allows you to remove visual parts of your video and replace them with other footage such as pictures, video clips or animations while keeping your original audio/sound footage in sync. If you don't do this you will loose parts of your original audio/sound when you remove the part of video that you wish to replace. • In this video tutorial we will be replacing a small mid section of a video clip with a picture image. To do this we will firstly need to know the duration of the video clip section we are removing, so we can replace it with the picture image we require. In order to work out the video clip duration we will need to drag the timeline bar at the beginning of the video to the start point of the video clip we are removing and then write down the start time of the video clip. We will then need to take the timeline bar to the end of the video clip we wish to remove and write down the end time of the video clip. Subtract the start time from the end time to find out our time duration of the video clip we wish to replace. • Now we have our time duration we can begin the process of inserting our picture image during our video clip within Windows Movie Maker: • 1. Drag the timeline bar to where the video clip we wish to remove starts. • 2. Click on the 'Home' Menu, then click on 'Add Video Photes' option. • 3. Navigate to the picture you wish to upload and double click the picture file to select it. • 4. Remove the video clip you are replacing by right clicking the clip in question and clicking on the remove option from the drop down menu that appears. • 5. Re-select the picture image by left clicking on the image within the timeline and click on the 'Edit' Menu. • 6. Enter your time duration under the 'duration' field (See paragraph above regarding working out clip duration). • Thanks for watching my video tutorial on 'how to add a picture image during your video within windows Movie Maker' Please feel free to add a like or a comment below. • Keywords: add, upload, picture, image, during, within, video, clip, windows, movie, maker, how to, without, loosing, original, audio, footage, insert, free, live, tutorial, project, slideshow, using, overlay, replace, edit, sound, timeline, part, way, through. • This video is part 4 of 5 videos on how to make a video tutorial using Windows Movie Maker. • Please feel free to watch my other videos in this collection: • Part 1: How to Trim or Split a Video clip within Windows Movie Maker • • How to TRIM or SPLIT a VIDEO CLIP wit... • Part 2: How to upload your Video Audio as a 2nd track within Windows Movie Maker • • How to Upload your Video Audio as a S... • Part 3: How to add a Title Animation Intro to your video within windows Movie Maker • • How to add a Title Animation Intro to... • Part 4: How to add a Picture Image during your Video within Windows Movie Maker • • How to add a Picture Image during you... • Part 5: How to add a End Credit Animation to your Video within Windows Movie Maker • • How to add a End Credit Animation to ... • This video is part of a playlist.
