In this video, we demonstrate how to manage subscription billing within NetSuite SuiteBilling. Using NetSuite’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, we start by creating a sales order with details like items purchased, billing schedule and any existing subscriptions. The subscriptions show applicable regions, durations, end dates and renewal information. We’ll dive into subscription pricing around customer rates as well as any discounts.
