Bhujanga means a serpent / snake in Sanskrit. In Bhujangasana the practitioner resembles a snake with raised hood. • • Sit in Vajrasana. Then lie down with both palms pressing down on either side of the body. Now slowly push your torso up. Keep your abdomen firmly pressed down on the floor. • • Bhujangasana Asana enhances the flexibility and strengthens the muscles around the spinal column.
