Starting just past the Uwajimaya supermarket in the International District, we walk 5th Avenue past the Chinatown Gate, through downtown, Belltown, past Seattle Center, and finally up Queen Anne to the view park at 5th and Lynn. The park has an expansive, beautiful view to the east, including Lake Union, Gasworks Park, Wallingford, Eastlake, Roth Capitol Hill, the U District, and the Cascade Mountains in the distance. We also had a view of Mt. Baker, over 80 miles to the north. Sneak peak of Lake Washington. • 0:00 Walk map • 0:25 Walk starts at Seattle Blvd S, S Dearborn St, and 5th Avenue, heading north on 5th • 4:00 S King St, Chinatown Gate to the right, International District/Chinatown light rail station to the left • 5:10 S Jackson St • 8:00 S Washington St • 11:20 Jefferson St • 12:35 James St, Seattle City hall ahead on left • 15:15 Columbia St • 17:40 Madison St, Seattle Public Library ahead on left • 19:55 Seneca St • 23:00 Union St • 26:30 Pine St • 29:15 Stewart St • 32:00 Lenora St • 35:05 Bell St • 38:55 Vine St • 40:10 Tilikum Place, statue of Chief Seattle • 40:45 Denny Way • 43:40 Broad St, Seattle Center on the left • 44:35 Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) on left, Frank Gehry designed • 47:05 Republican St, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation ahead on right • 48:30 Mercer St • 51:45 Valley St • 54:05 Ward St • 56:45 Highland Dr • 1:00:25 Galer St, jog right and then left to stay on 5th • 1:03:55 Taylor St Mervin into 5th • 1:06:07 Howe St • 1:09:25 Boston St • 1:10:20 Approaching Lynn 5th Park • 1:11:21 Mt.
