Fat loss friendly dinner🌿high protein 🌿high fibre || This one is a nutrient dense, flavourful recipe is something I use regularly these days, esp for dinner. Days I don’t feel like having light dinner, I have this soup. It’s quite filling and so tasty, even your kids will love this! Ragi is a very female friendly millet and great for babies and growing children. It has good amount of calcium, iron, protein, zinc and minerals. • INGREDIENTS with RECIPE: serves 3 people • 🌿finely chopped 1 onion, ginger(1inch), 5-6 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies, 1 spring onion bulbs • Sauté this in a little oil. Then add other finely chopped veggies. I have used • 🌿1/2 brocolli with stem • 🌿1 carrot • 🌿100gm mushrooms • 🌿1 red bell pepper • 🌿1 cup peas(did you know peas has good amount of protein, so a great way to add protein to soups, Poha, subzi etc) • 🌿5-6 baby corns • 🌿50gm beans • 🌿spring onion leaves • Cook for 2 mins and then add • 🌿salt to taste • 🌿pepper 1.5 tsp • 🌿water as needed • Cover and cook this for 10mins on low to medium flame, add • 🌿100gms masala tofu (it will give us roughly 16-17gms protein) I’m using fresh tofu by @moozformaggio • (Not sponsored) • Now make a runny paste with 3tbsp ragi and water and add to the soup. Cook for another 5-7mins on medium flame. Switch the flame off and squeeze in half lemon- really enhances the taste.
