In this video I will show you how easy to fix CMOS Checksum Error. • The CMOS battery is shiny and round. It looks like a button or coin, and it's usually placed within a small holding socket. Remove the CMOS battery - it slides out of the socket just like the batteries in your battery-operated toys. • If the errors continous refer to other CMOS Checksum Errors fix: • 1. Restart the computer. A normal restart usually creates a new checksum and eliminates the error. • 2. Download and flash a BIOS update. Download the update from the motherboard manufacturer's website. • 3. Reset the BIOS. • 4. Replace the CMOS battery. • 5.
