Son un platillo mexicano que no te puedes perder. • Encuentra la receta aquí 👉https://www.guacamouly.com/recetas/ • • Brisket Beef Tacos • Ingredients: • 2 pounds of brisket (suadero) beef • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 2 cups of water enough to cover the meat. • 16 corn tortillas • 1⁄2 finely diced white onion. • 1 bunch small cilantro finely chopped. • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil • juice of 1⁄2 orange • juice of 1 lemon • 1 tbsp oregano • Salt to taste • Pepper to taste • Hot sauce of your choice • Instructions • 1. In a pot place the meat, oil and cover with water. Cover and cook for 2 hours or until the meat is tender. You can also put the meat in a pressure cooker for approximately 45 minutes. When the meat is ready, remove and shred, • 2. In a frying pan add the oil, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano. This before it gets hot. Mix the ingredients well and when the oil is hot, add the shredded meat . • 3. Stir the meat and cook until browned. • 4. Heat tortillas and assemble the taco with the meat and onion with cilantro.
