The α6600 offers internal 4K movie recording with high image quality in the Super 35mm format, which cinema camera users are familiar with. • Full pixel readout without pixel binning allows approximately 2.4 times* (6K equivalent) as much information as is required in the pixel count for 4K (QFHD: 3840 x 2160) movies to be collected, condensed and output as a 4K movie. This oversampling effect achieves high 4K movie image quality of unparalleled resolution. • A HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma)** picture profile that supports an instant HDR workflow is provided. Recorded movies played back on an HDR (HLG)** compatible TV will appear true-to-life, with no blocked shadows or blown highlights, without the need for colour grading. The BT.2020 colour space is supported, providing a wider colour gamut. Four gamma settings are provided (HLG, HLG1, HLG2, HLG3). The HLG setting conforms to ITU-R BT.2100. The HLG1, HLG2, and HLG3 gamma settings provide wider dynamic range while retaining the overall appearance of previous cameras. • 24p recording.
