Use the MONTH function to get the month from a date. MONTH returns a number from 1-12. • 2. Divide that month by 3. This will give us numbers from 0.33 to 4. If we take the highest round number from this number that MONTH served us, we obtain the quarter that that month belongs to. • 3. Use ROUNDUP to obtain a round number. That will be our quarter. • 4. Use to concatenate a Q to our result. works like the CONCATENATE function and it allows us to stick some values together. The result will be Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. • 5. Profit • This video might be useful to you if you want to find out more about: • • can you change quarter dates in excel ✅ • • excel format date as quarter date ✅ • • excel q1 q2 q3 q4 ✅ • • excel q1 quarter ✅ • • how to find q4 value in excel ✅ • • how to know q1 we have q4 ✅ • • quarter year format in excel ✅ • • quarters in excel with if ✅
