Yep, only 4 ingredient vanilla ice cream. It is super quick and easy to make and tastes delicious. • 350g Milk 2% (1.5cups) • 350g Cream 33% (1.5 cups) • 400g Condensed Milk (1 can/10 Oz) • 1 Vanilla Bean/15g Vanilla Extract/15g Vanilla Bean Paste • Mix it all together and churn away, it really is that easy. If you want to use a vanille bean, I would gently heat the milk with the sliced vanilla bean, making sure to add the vanilla bean seed to the milk too.
