Sin had separated us from our God but we want to be reconnected with Him. • Only Jesus can help us. He is our connecting link with God. • However, if we keep doing bad things, it will become difficult for us to reconnect with God. • We have to choose Jesus and He will give us the desire to do good and stop doing sinful things. • Jesus will help us to repent. • What does it mean to repent? • To repent means to stop doing bad things and • going the opposite direction, away from sin and toward Jesus. • It means to have a changed heart. • It means to hate sin and to love purity and holiness. • Friend, have you ever done something wrong? • Jesus wants us to repent. • Stay away from sin and stay close to Jesus. • He will give us a new heart. • #StepstToChristForKids #AWR360Kids
