There was a time when, if I ran into an issue with Arch where it wouldn't boot, I would most likely have just wiped the disk and reinstalled. Thankfully, that's almost never necessary if you use chroot to access the non-booting system to fix the problem. This is a very brief look at how to use arch-chroot to do just that. • Note that I can't possibly account for all the possible reasons that your system might not boot so the point of this is to show how you boot from the installation media and access the broken system.
