In this episode, we will discuss her career path in the marketing field and the advice she drew from her own experience as a job applicant and as an employee. • Hope you’ll find good tips to think about your career in Finland and feel free to share your own advice and experiences in the comments section! • • Noémie Hueber (France) • After two Erasmus exchanges, Noémie decided to stay in Finland and start Radio Turku, a podcast that helps Finns and internationals connect and break down cultural barriers. Her new project, What's Next Finland?, aims to give newcomers a broad vision of Finnish society and work culture. She is a soon-to-be-graduate from a master’s degree in English language and literature and has recently been nominated Young Changemaker in the Nordics by the NGO Ashoka. • • Tingting Oksanen (Finland-China) • Tingting has moved from China to Finland about 15 years ago and never stopped studying since her arrival. She recently graduated from an MBA in Business Management and has been working in the marketing field for about 10 years now. She has experience across both the public and private sectors, including work on EU projects at a university. Her expertise spans local Finnish companies in the biotech and rallycross industries, as well as international companies in the telecommunications and marine solutions industries.
