Your feet should be flat on the floor, about shoulder-width apart. Grab the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing down). • Push the handles away from your chest by extending your arms fully. • Slowly bring the handles back towards your chest by bending your elbows. • Perform the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control over the movement. • TIPS: Maintain contact with the backrest throughout the exercise to stabilize your spine keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the movement to reduce stress on your joints.
