DESCRIPTION: Combine corn and spinach souffle in this casserole make an attractive and flavorful dish. • INGREDIENTS: • 1. Corn 1 cup • 2. Spinach 1 Bowl • 3. Butter 2 cubes • 4. Chopped garlic 1 tsp • 5. Onions Finely chopped 1 no • 6. Nutmeg grated 1 pinch • 7. All-purpose flour 1 tbsp • 8. Eggs 3 nos • 9. Bread crumbs ½ cup • 10. Pepper 1 tsp • 11. Salt to taste • 12. Milk 1-2 cup • 13. Parmesan cheese powder or Cheddar cheese powder 3-4 tsp • • METHOD: • 1. In hot pan add butter, garlic, finely chopped onions, grated nutmeg and saute it. • 2. Now add all-purpose flour and cook it for 1-2 min. • 3. Then add Corn, pepper, salt and in a simmer flame add milk then mix it. • 4. Add spinach and increase the flame to cook till water oozes out. • 5. After that add grated powdered cheese then switch off the flame and add egg yolks and mix it nicely. • 6. Now this mixture is ready and transfer into a blender and blend it. • 7. In a bowl add egg whites and whisk it till it turns into peaks form. • 8. Now transfer blended mixture into a bowl and add in this bread crumbs, beaten egg whites and mix it nicely. • 9. Then transfer into bowls and keep it into a oven. • 10. Bake at 180° for 15-17 minutes or until done. • 11.
