How to fix a p1354 code for a Toyota/Lexus with the 1MZ-FE with VVT-i. • PART NUMBER - 15330-0A010 • p1354 with p0300, p0302, p0304, p0306. Symptoms include misfire/rough running, unresponsive throttle with jerking from the engine while cruising, high idle. This would also be the same fix if you had the issue on bank 2, but double check the part number, it may be different.
