Chicken Dosakaya is a classic dish with unique taste. Generally Dosakaya mutton is a very popular dish from the Andhra cuisine where dosakaya or the yellow cucumber is cooked with lamb meat (mutton) which is a very traditional and appetizing dish. The dosakaya or yellow cucumber cooked along with chicken and spices is simply irresistible in its taste. • http://www.vahrehvah.com/chicken-dosa... • Ingredients: • Ingredient Measure Units • Chicken 500 g. • Yellow cucumber 1 big • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp • Red Chili 3 Number • Curry leaves 2 sprigs • Onion 1 big • Salt to taste • Ginger garlic Paste • Turmeric 1/4 tsp • Chili Paste 1 tbsp • Coriander 1/2 bunch • Directions -- Method: • 1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when mustard seeds splutter and cumin seeds, red Chili, curry leaves sauté it and add onion Paste, salt, cook this till slightly change the color. • 2. Then add ginger garlic Paste, turmeric, cook this till raw flavor is gone, add Chili Paste, coriander powder and add some water mix it well and add chicken pieces, yellow cucumber mix this and put the lid on and let it cook for 25 to 30 minutes. • 3. Finally add lemon juice, chopped coriander. • 4.
