It literally transforms a nice but bland scene into something a bit special. On this occasion I take you on a wee trip around the beautiful city of Napier which was rebuild in the Art Deco style after a 7.8 earthquake destroyed the city and surrounding areas in 1931. 256 people died during the Hawke's Bay earthquake.
