The second series of BBC 2's adaption of the classic Daily Mirror comic strip 'Jane' starring Glynis Barber. • Sorry for the foreign subtitles but this version seems to be the only one available anywhere. And in case you didn't know, series one can be found here: • Video • As much as I would love to see this show come to DVD, as far as I am aware, that will never happen as Glynis Barber, apparently, purchased the rights and master tapes for the series and then promptly had them destroyed! I guess she didn't like it for some reason...? Can't understand why as it's quite simply brilliant, IMO! If anyone could confirm or clarify this story I would love to hear about it...
