There are several reasons why adding friends doesn’t show on Facebook. • If the other person has a public figure option and not a normal profile, you can add them as friends. You can only follow them. • Another reason could be because you are blocked by that person. If you also send a friend request previously and they rejected it, it won’t let you send them a friend request.
