This is a very common song for special ceremonies, especially for funerals. • Recently I was in the basement having a go at How Great Thou Art on my practice chanter... playing by ear and missing half the notes, when suddenly my wife came into the room, tears in her eyes, I didn't know How Great Thou Art could be played on the bagpipes! she says!
