When it comes to training your six-pack muscles effectively, all you need are two types of exercises: one for upper abs and one for lower abs. • For upper ab workouts, try crunches or sit-ups to isolate those muscles while keeping your lower back on the floor. As for lower abs, leg raises are great options - personally, I love doing them on a Harmon chair with controlled movements up and down. • Remember to choose exercises that you enjoy and stick to them consistently week after week.
