Today I share with you another healthy recipe that is vegetarian and vegan friendly - Three Beans Salad. I made this for lunch today and I absolutely enjoyed it! • Ingredients • 1 can black beans • 1 can red kidney beans • 1 can channa aka chick peas aka garbanzo beans • 1/2 green sweet pepper finely chopped • 1 small red onion finely chopped • 1/4 cup coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar • salt and black pepper to taste • When you try my recipes take a photo and tag me on Instagram - @marti2562 and/or on Twitter - @ whatoocook.
