[Ingredients] 4 servings • 260g bread flour • 1 tsp salt • 5g granulated sugar • 4g dry yeast • 150ml water • 18g egg • 1 tbsp vegitable oil • poppy seed • [Instructions] • 1. In a large bowl, put all ingredients except poppy seeds and mix. • 2. Transfer the dough to a kneading board and knead well until it becomes elastic. • 3. Put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for about 1 hour until doubled in size. • 4. Gently press the dough to release the gas in it and divide into 4 pieces. Let rest for 10 min. • 5. Stretch and roll the dough into a 14-inch rope and tie loosely. Wrap 1 tail over loop and press through the opening from the top. Wrap other tail under loop and pinch ends together to seal. • 6. Cover loosely with greased plastic. Let rise until doubled in size for about 45 mins at room temp. • 7. Brush rolls with egg wash and sprinkle with poppy seeds. • 8.
