Visit us at: http://www.chefmiguelgiron.com • Instagram: miguelgironofficial • Pan-Seared Salmon in Lemon Butter Cream Sauce • Servings: 2 • Season both sides with: • Salt • Pepper • Extra Virgin Olive Oil • In a non-stick pan, medium-heat • add butter and Extra Virgin Olive Oil • Sear each side 2 1/2 minutes • Until Golden brown • Remove from pan and let it rest for 10 minutes • Lemon Butter Cream Sauce Recipe: • Servings: 4 • PREPARATION: • 2 tbsp Shallot • 1 tbsp Garlic • 2 tbsp Capers • 2 oz White wine • 1 squeezed lemon • 4 oz Heavy cream • Pinch of pepper • Pinch of Salt, • *Turn off heat* • 3 tbsp butter • Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes Spinach • Servings: 2 • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes- cut in half • cook for 30 seconds • Add 2 cups spinach • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar • cook for 30 seconds • Ready to Serve  • • Relax, Just Eat!
