Build 1 • Osseous helm, warlord chest legs • Secondary - corrosive aura • Primary - cold spear • Scythe • Butcher's fetish • Akari warband • Burden of the gambler • The highest DPS pure melee build you can make. The scythe is the highest DPS melee weapon in the game and paired with all the crit gear we have equipped, you will have serious damage output. 1 piece osseous gives us more damage than full warlord, due to the melee speed increase. As you can see, even with 2 piece warlord, you still leech a generous amount, so don't be afraid to use this set up, as it is the most optimal. Corrosive aura gives us 25% more damage along with cold spear, which provides 20% more crit damage to frozen enemies. • Build 2 • Radiant set • Secondary - swarm • Primary - cold spear • Butcher's flail • Butcher's fetish • Akari warband • Burden of the gambler • If you want to add a bit of mod use in your melee build, this is the build for you. Typically butchers flail would swing too slow in order to build radiant stacks but since we are using swarm, we will have a full 10 stacks active during the swarm duration. This is going to give the flail some monster damage, as it corrodes the enemy at the same time. Again cold spear stacks nicely with our crit gear giving us that sweet 20% crit damage. If you need to proc akari warband on your own, throw the spear on the ground, animation cancel the throw by immediately switching weapons and roll through. • Build 3 • Osseous helm, warlord chest legs • Secondary - corrosive aura • Primary - cold spear • Scar of the jungle god • Polished Whestone • Akari warband • Burden of the gambler • For those who want to use the bleed version and use the claws. Not as efficient DPS wise but the claws are cool because they attack quickly and have the ability to go behind your enemies as seen in this video. You can angle your attacks in a way where the enemy is constantly trying to turn around and attack you.
