Multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) syndromes are inherited disorders - most are autosomal dominant and/or germline mutations. The most common and best understood are MEN1 (Wermer), MEN2A (Sipple), MEN2B (Sipple plus), and Familial Medullary Thyroid Cancer (FMTC).
