I'm eating HEALTHY today!!! Per your votes, I decided to make garlicky zucchini noodles with tomatoes, basil, EVOO and Parmesan cheese! You can spiral-ize your zucchini noodles yourself, but today I bought organic pre-spiralized zucchini noodles from the brand Cece's Veggie Co.
