How to Dethatch your lawn

In this video I show you the steps involved to dethatch your lawn with an electric dethatcher. The model I am using is sold at Canadaian Tire, but its oiperastion is similar to all other models sold in North America. • • Yardworks 14 10 amp Electric Dethatcher #060-3864-2 • • https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/ya... • • To start, you will need to gather any twigs, branches, or debris that might get caught in the machine. Next, simply set the height (I set mine to -3mm which is the middle height adjustment), plug in and dethatch your lawn. Go slow enough that it picks out the thatch but not so slow that it pulls up growing grass. You will get the hang of it as you go. • • DO NOT: • 1. Pull the machine backwards while the machine is running • 2. Turn the machine while running • 3.
