Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Week 2 Update

Week 2 update using Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred • So far it's a been a week since I started the 30 day shred. Initially I wasn't sure if I was supposed to work out 30 days straight. However after reading several forums and listening to my body, I decided 5 days a week would be best for me. Since I work during the day, I've been working out in the evenings after work. • Overall assessment: • Previously I was doing P90x but stopped due to health reasons. So for several weeks I was just barely going to the gym. I was basically out of shape when I started the video. • Even though the video is about 20 minutes with the warm up and cool down, I'm not able to complete every set. Sometimes I have to stop to catch my breath during the exercises. I'm assuming this will get better as I continue and get in better shape. • Also because of the jumping jacks and jump rope movements, my shins have been killing me.
