GANNOMAT Express S2 CNC Hinge boring and insertion machine • Through the 2 independently movable CNC aggregates, cabinet doors with 2 hinges can be processed in one work cycle. This fast way of working increases the workpiece capacity, especially for cabinet doors with 2, 4 and 6 hinges. Cabinet doors with 3, 5, 7 or more hinges can also be processed. • CNC bore and hinge insertion machine with magazine feeding for the automatic and rational processing of hinges and hinge mounting plates as well as hardware for furniture and cabinets with variable programming of boring inserting patterns. Robustness, durability and ease of use distinguish our automatic CNC controlled drilling and insertion machines. • The Express machine is made to use all brands and most models of furniture and cabinet hardware, specially hinges and mounting plates for cabinet doors.
