Apart from this there are n number of Yoga training centers and ashrams spread all over Rishikesh. • After all Rishikesh is Yoga capital of the world. • Tips to Travel in Rishikesh - Uttarakhand: • Rafting: Start before 12 noon and have food before you go for rafting. • Arti at Parmarth: It starts at 5.30 Pm, many tourists are not aware about the timing, they reach rate. • Triveni Ghat: Reach there by 6 Pm you will love the Bhajans before and after the Arti. • Bungee jumping: Book in advance. • Vashisht Gufa: Its closed between 1 to 3 pm. This is not a picnic spot, go there only if you are serious about meditation. • Sunrise at Kunjapuri: Distance is 25 km but its uphill, it will take at least 1 hour to reach this place. Target to reach 30 minutes before sunrise. Like on 9th April 2017 sunrise time was 5.50 am.
