Are you a Comcast/Xfinity email customer and not receiving all your emails? It may be because of your Spam settings. In this video, we explain what might be happening and how to change the default settings. • Please note that Comcast/Xfinity recently removed the second option. Now, if Spam filtering is turned on, it automatically goes to your Spam folder without you having to select the second option shown in the video.
