Having weakened or stripped studs is dangerous. But lucky for you, it is cheap and easy to fix. Just pop the old ones out, and pull the new ones in with a lug nut and a few washers (or other random circular objects like you see in this video.) • REMEMBER: Figure out what your lug nuts need to be torqued at, so you dont over tighten the nuts.
