I used a Ninja Creami. • • Chocolate Protein Smoothie • 1 cup nut milk • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice • 1-2 hard boiled eggs • 2 tablespoons sugar free sweetener • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional) • 3 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse • 1 cup cottage cheese • 3 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder • Peanut Buster Bar • 1 cup Greek or coconut yogurt • 1/4 cup no-sugar added peanut butter • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips • 1/2 scoop protein powder • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla • Freeze in ice cream bar mold. Then next day melt about a cup of chocolate chips. Dip bar in and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. • 5 Ingredient Cookie Dough • 2 tablespoons no-sugar added peanut butter, slightly melted • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt • 1 tablespoon sugar-free honey • 1 scoop protein powder • 1 tablespoon almond flour • Mix then sprinkle in chocolate chips.
