A taxpayer needs to submit a form 15CA in case of remittances outside India to NRI or foreign companies. In case of remittances which are taxable and above Rs 5 lakh, a certificate should be obtained from a Chartered Accountant in form 15CB. The form 15CB specifies the details of the remittance and the TDS on the remittance. Form 15CB can be filed online from the e-filing login of the CA. Similarly, the taxpayer can also file form 15CA online.
