This well-known 1920s work of prose by American writer Max Ehrmann traveled an interesting journey during the decades prior to the release of this popular Les Crane recording (incorrectly cited on the 45 single’s record sleeve as having been “found in Old Saint Paul’s Church, Baltimore; dated 1692”).
