Loomigurumi Elephant design by me. Wow it has been a while since I made a tutorial but I'm back. This is a design I have had in my head for years. Like I mentioned in the tutorial I made a clay elephant that looked kinda like this and thought it would make a great loom design. I love these guy's even if they are a pretty simple shape they are just so cute. I think this design is good for beginners and I tried to go extra slow so hopefully everyone can make it. I hope you guys lile this tutorial and dont forget to show me your elephants :D • Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/gingercel?r... • Instagram: / gingercel • TikTok: gingercel • Bands Count • Main color: 326 • Pattern • Tripled cap band • 6 stitches in cap band (6) • Increase everything (12) • Increase every other (18) • Increase every 7th (20) • 4 rows normal (20) • Legs • (5 loops per leg) • 4 single stitches and then chain up 3. turn and slip stitch into first loop (7) • 2 rows normal (7) • Decrease everything until closed • Repeat for all the legs. • Trunk • Stitch 6 times in a circle • 2 rows normal (6) • Decrease one toward the elephant (5) (I can't tell you what exact loop this is because it depends on where you started your circle. you just wanna decrease on the side of the trunk that is closest to the elephant) • 2 rows normal (5) • decrease until closed • Ears • Tripled cap band • 6 stitches in cap band (6) • Increase everything (6) • go into next loop and tie off. Use this band to tie into elephant. • repeat for other ear • Tail • 2 doubled cap bands • Chain up 7 doubled bands • Pull a band through and tie into elephant
