How to Mak... • 5 Low Moisture Mozzarella Sticks • 1/2 cup grounded pork rinds • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese • 5-7 dashes garlic powder • 1/4 almond flour • 2 eggs, beaten • Oil for frying • Directions: • 1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half and place in freezer for 20-30 mins • 2. In a separate bowl or plate, mix pork rinds, grated parmesan and garlic powder. • 3. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs • 4. In a separate bowl, add 1/4 cup almond flour. • 5. Take cheese sticks out of the freezer and start your batter procedure. • 6. Dip cheese sticks in almond flour, egg, pork rind mixture, egg and then pork rind mixture again. • 7. For the air fryer - place 5 pieces into the air fryer and fry for 10 mins on 400F. • 8. For stove top, add 1/2 cup oil to pan and cook until crispy on each side. • 9.
