Do you know know that biscotti means twice baked in Italian? • Ingredients: • 112g of unsalted butter • 300g of granulated sugar • 4 eggs • 480g of AP flour • 2 tbs of vanilla extract • 2 ts of baking powder • Pinch of salt to taste • Method: • 1. Prehest your oven to 180℃. Cream your butter and sugar and gradually add in the eggs, one little eggy at a time unless you want a mess. Add in the vanilla extract too. • 2. Roughly chop your almonds and cranberries and combine it with all the dry ingredients. • 3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together into a dough forms. It shouldn't be wet, so add some flour if necessary. • 4. Form the dough into flat oval logs and bake them for 25-30 minutes. • 5. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and slice them into your desired thickness. Go thin if you wanna go classy and thick if you're a badass. • 6. Bake again for 10 minutes on each side, or until dry and crispy. • 7.
