I'm always searching for a new and exciting location in Italy, one that offers the Sojourn Trifecta - spectacular natural wonders, a rich, intriguing history and amazing local culinary specialties. • I found all of this in the region of Abruzzo and because this incredible region is only 2 hours outside of Rome, a visit can be an amazing add-on trip! • On this day of exploration, I covered lots of ground and traveled many, many miles.
