Mecha Mayhem on steroids • Taking on the Exo Mechs in the Terraria Calamity Mod using Melee! • Here they are, the penultimate boss of the mod, the Exo Mechs. A rather interesting fight and a rather chaotic one if you dont know what youre doing. This is a fight that you need to plan out your game plan, strategies and what weapons to use in each Mech. A purely mechanic based boss that you have to learn and analyze its patterns and attacks. However doesnt have it's issues. • Ares is the best one and easiest mech to deal with since once you know it's attack cycle, you can pretty much deal with it efficiently. It's pretty much the most polished and thought out of the three. • The Twins are a little problematic and annoying to deal with since their attacks can hit you if not careful and can get a little chaotic, specially in their second phase. • Lastly, Thanatos, or Thanos as i like to call it. Thanos here is easy at first glance but fighting it last can get super overwhelming and chaotic. Specially when it does it's giant laser attack in which, if not handled properly, can get you cornered and get you killed. • It's not a bad endgame boss, but could use some tweaks which luckily the devs have been doing each patch. • As for recommended weapons for this boss, Yharon drops can suffice in this fight and some weapons crafted with his mats can work too.
