Make sure those thighs are well coated! • Cook the Chicken: • Spray a skillet with cooking oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. • Prep the Noodles: • While the chicken cooks, bring a pot of water to a boil for the udon noodles. Follow the package instructions for cooking time. • Sauce it Up: • In the same skillet you cooked the chicken (remove excess oil if needed), heat 1 tbsp sesame oil over medium heat. Add 2 chopped green onions and minced garlic – that sizzle is the sound of flavor! Add chili onion crunch for a kick. Stir quickly for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. • Flavor Bomb: • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and gochugaru paste. • Noodle Time: • Drain the cooked udon noodles and add them to the skillet. Toss to coat in that delicious sauce. (Get those noodles dancing in the sauce!) • Finish with a Flourish: • Throw in the rest of the chopped green onions for a pop of color. • Plate it Up: • Divide the noodles between plates, top with the juicy chicken thighs, and garnish with fresh cilantro. • #garlicchickenrecipe #udonnoodles #easydinner #comfortfood #easyrecipes
