My plan is to get some 10 or 12 wide knock off wheels on this car. Unfortunately no one sells them, you have to buy knock offs then have them widened. The problem is knock off wheels are $2,000 dollars. I didn't want to spend 2k on wheels only to have them cut up and widened. Here's what I am using to achieve the same look. • • Faux knock off parts list:  • Total cost: $500 • Ebay • (20ea) 4310G  7/16-20 x 2-5/8 lug studs • (4ea) 5/16  wheel spacers with 4-3/4 lug pattern • (20ea) 78-81 Corvette camaro aluminum wheel lug nuts • Local classifieds • (4ea) 78-81 15x7 camaro z28 wheels • Custom Wheel Accessories • 4 ea.   #13.   4 5 lug universal tower 2.67 OD, 2.75 • 4 ea.   #19S.  Spinner lug cover 2.75 tall, 6.75 OD • 2 ea.    #40L  3 bar left spinner • 2ea.     #40 3 bar right spinner • Ace Hardware • (4ea) 5/16-18 x 1-1/2 stainless Phillips head screw for the towers/ spinners • (4ea) 8-32 x 1/2 setscrews • Still have a bit of work to do before the wheels are done. I want to strip the brown paint off, have them widened and polished etc. • Thanks to user Toddalin and the Corvette Forum for helping me find the right parts. • https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/...
