EGG MCMUFFIN ON THE BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE

Learn how to make McDonald’s staple breakfast sandwich, the Egg McMuffin at home. It’s so easy and just as delicious. You will need an egg mold which you can pick up cheap at your local store. Fresh cracked grade A large eggs cooked in a round mold and paired with Canadian bacon, Yummy melted American cheese between a buttery toasted English muffins. Watch as I show you how to make this great breakfast sandwich on the Blackstone griddle. • Shopping List: • Servings: 2 • 2 Grade A large eggs • 2 Canadian bacon rounds • 2 English muffins split in half • 2 slices American cheese • 2 tbls. cooking oil • 4 pats of butter • Salt pepper • Splash of water • • Directions: • Heat your griddle to medium heat then add the oil and spread around with a spatula. • Spray the inside of the egg molds with non-stick spray. • Place the egg molds onto the griddle top and crack the eggs into each molds then break the yolks. Add a splash of water around the eggs and cover. • At the same time add the Canadian bacon rounds to the griddle to warm through. (about 1 minute, turning once) • Leave in the mold until the egg whites are thoroughly cooked then pull off the mold using the attached handle. Flip the egg and cook uncovered for about a minute. Season with salt and pepper. • Split the English muffins in half and place them on the griddle to lightly toast. Remove the top muffins and brush with melted butter.
